I believe, we are going to see more Mixed-Use, Storefront Retail/ Apartments in the near future, in downtown, Main Street areas, and also in suburb Town Plazas too. I remember growing up in Brooklyn, New York, where there were many, many storefront row houses with retail stores on the first floor and apartments above. I haven't seen much of that in South Florida, but I think it is going to happen soon. It's a way to walk more to work, to do business, and to exercise regularly.
