Willow Pond Apartments and Townhouses is a pet-friendly apartment and townhome community and provides a wonderful place for not only you to live but also a wonderful place for your pet to live. Pets are known to better your physical health and mental well-being. They also ensure a more active social life and lower stress at work. Willow Pond Apartments and Townhouses believes that pet-friendly homes are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome cats and dogs 20 lbs. and under (in townhomes only) with a $200.00 non-refundable pet sanitation fee. We also require a monthly charge of pet rent, which is $30.00 for cats and $50.00 for dogs. A Pet interview is required and all documentation required is due at the time of lease signing. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours.
