Falcon Crest Apartments believes that pet-friendly homes are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome dogs and cats at a maximum of two pets per apartment. There is a 35-pound weight limit, and each pet is subject to a deposit ranging from $350.00 to $500.00 and a monthly pet rent of $25.00.
