No other management company placed as many properties as Asset Campus among the top 100 list, which tracks more than 1,500 such developments nationwide across various review sites. Asset Campus properties occupy 21 of the 100 spots on the list with two properties placing in the top 20 and six in the top 40, including Muze (No. 8) in Austin, Texas; The Alpine (No. 14) in Allendale, Mich.; Bradford Oaks (No. 27) in Tallahassee, Fla.; Gates at Rexberg (No. 30) in Rexberg, Idaho; The View at Montgomery (No. 38) in Philadelphia; and Southgate Campus Centre (No. 39) in Tallahassee, Florida.
