Sitting on 16.7 acres, Integra 289 Exchange is being developed by Integra Land Company of Lake Mary, Fla. The architect is Associated Consulting International (ACI), Winter Park, Fla.
Completion date for the 345,034 square foot project is late summer of 2020.

Integra 289 Exchange will feature 289 one, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes in nine four- and two-story gated buildings with elevators.
Residents will be able to choose from 10 spacious floorplans ranging from 696 to 1,328 square feet. In home features will include granite counter tops and personal washer/dryers.
With 9,589 square feet of amenities, residents will enjoy an expansive clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, a community walking trail as well as garage and surface parking,
Convenient to downtown Orlando and the Sun Rail Tramway, Integra 289 Exchange is located at 115 Integra Reserve Lane, just north of the intersection of Hwy 17/92 and Fort Florida Road.
The area’s natural attractions include Gemini Springs Park, DeBary Hall Historic Site, St. Johns River Eco Tours and Lake Monroe Park. In all, 400,000 square feet of non-residential space including office, retail, restaurant and general commercial are planned along U.S. 17-92 soon.
