Boone has worked in the construction industry for 42 years, including 24 years of multifamily-specific experience, having a bid portfolio totalling approximately $1 billion. Throughout his career in the construction industry, Boone has also bid and negotiated a variety of projects in the healthcare, office, retail and industrial markets.
