Dougherty Mortgage Closes $1.7 Million Fannie Mae Loan for The Ridge at Lebanon

LABANON, TN - Dougherty Mortgage recently closed a $1.7 million Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of The Ridge at Lebanon, a 96-unit multifamily affordable housing property located in Lebanon, Tennessee.  The property is a four building, three story apartment complex built in 2017.  

Property amenities include a community building with resident business center, fitness center, laundry facilities, indoor basketball court and outdoor playground.  The property also has a two-story leasing office/clubhouse. 

The 15-year term, 30-year amortization loan was arranged for borrower The Ridge at Lebanon, Limited Partnership.
