Multifamily Brokerage Firm Kiser Group Promotes Noah Birk to Senior Director

CHICAGO, IL –  Kiser Group, Chicago’s leading mid-market multifamily brokerage firm, announces the promotion of Noah Birk to Senior Director from Director. Birkfocuses his brokerage efforts on Chicago’s South Side.

Birk, 29, is promoted after closing $49,522,500 in transactions in 2017. In Birks’ six-year career at Kiser Group, he has successfully completed transactions in excess of $94 million on behalf of his clients. He has sold over 100 apartment buildings in his six-year career. Birk also earned Kiser Group’s 2017 Top Producer award.
