Stonemark Management Promotes Doss and Miller-Torres to Regional Vice President

ATLANTA, GA - Stonemark Management has promoted two managers to executive positions. Regional Managers Melissa Doss and Amanda Miller-Torres are now Regional Vice Presidents of the multifamily firm.

“Melissa and Amanda have a proven history of top performance,” said Senior Vice President Darlene Hunter, CAPS. “The clients they support hold them in high regard and trust them implicitly to oversee their businesses as if they were their own. The trust that their clients have for them has resulted in new business for Stonemark and their own portfolios.”

Doss oversees multiple multifamily portfolios throughout Georgia, South Carolina and Virginia. Her success stems from her diverse operational experience, a strong work ethic and a systematic management style that promotes clear communication. She holds the designations of Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Miller-Torres oversees South Carolina communities. She has a strong background in acquisitions and dispositions and repositioning underperforming communities. She has a firm understanding of day-to-day operations and is highly-engaged, ensuring associates are properly trained and supported. She has her Property Manager In Charge license through the South Carolina Department of Labor and Licensing.
