Camden Launches Mobile Portal
HOUSTON, TX - Camden Property Trust (NYSE:CPT) today announced the launch of a resident portal designed for users of iPhone, Droid, Palm Pre and other mobile devices. This new feature allows residents of Camden apartment communities to pay rent and submit or check the status of service requests from their handheld devices.

"Our residents no longer need to visit the leasing office or even be at a computer to make payments or service requests," said John Selindh, Camden's Vice President of Marketing. "The mobile portal offers Camden's residents a quick and easy way to conduct business when it's convenient for them."

"During the first quarter of 2010, we processed over 165,000 transactions through our resident portal," said Kristy Simonette, Camden's Senior Vice President of Strategic Services and CIO. "We are pleased to now offer on-the-go access to our portal, allowing even more flexibility for our residents."
