MINNEAPOLIS, MN - The Minneapolis office of Colliers Mortgage, part of Colliers International | U.S., recently closed an $32.5 million HUD 223(a)(7) loan for the refinancing of Third North Apartments, a 204-unit market rate multifamily property constructed in 2014 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The HUD 223(a)(7) loan allowed for 40-years of amortization at a lower interest rate and a lower MIP, resulting in annual cash flow savings to the borrower, Third North, LLC.
