ATLANTA, GA - GoldOller Real Estate Investments announced its acquisition of Bridgewater Apartments and the Preston Creek Apartments, both in metropolitan Atlanta, for $90 million. With these acquisitions, GoldOller expands its Atlanta operation to include eight apartment communities containing more than 2,300 units.
Bridgewater Apartments is a 532 unit resort style community in Duluth, Gwinnett County, Georgia. It enjoys a park-like setting, complete with tennis courts, sand volley ball, play areas, dog parks, a luxurious clubhouse and resort pool. Multiple floorplans include oversized apartments and two story town homes many with attached garages. Gwinnett County is among the fast growing counties in the United States and was recently named one of the 10 best places for job growth by CNN.
Preston Creek a 334 unit, fully gated, community built in 2003 is located on a pristine site in growing McDonough, Henry County, Georgia, just south of Atlanta. Preston Creek offers beautiful interiors, a stylish clubhouse and resort pool. All units feature large patios or balconies, double crown molding, and spacious walk-in closets. McDonough is located along I-75, a booming logistics corridor with easy access to Hartsfield Jackson International Airport, the largest in the country.
