New 265-Unit Luxury Apartment Community Near County Line Light-Rail Station is Under Construction

DENVER, CO - Award-winning national firm KTGY Group, Inc., Architecture + Planning, is pleased to announce that construction is under way on Elevation at County Line Station, a brand new, best-in-class 265-unit apartment community with a sleek, modern and trendy vibe in Englewood, Colo. The community amenity lineup includes a light rail commuter lounge, a cyber cafe, 24-hour fitness center, business center, game room and a roof top clubroom with an outdoor deck, fire pit, and grilling and picnic areas, providing social gathering spaces and outstanding panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. Elevation at County Line Station is also a pet-friendly community with a "paw spa" (dog wash) and features garage parking, an electric car charging station, and bicycle borrowing.
