Mixed-Use Crescent Cameron Village Community Adds Six New Retailers to Development

CHARLOTTE, NC - Crescent Cameron Village, a new mixed-use community under development by Crescent Communities and the first residential quarters within historic Cameron Village, has fully committed its 17,900 square feet of street retail with a blend of national, regional, and local retailers, some of which are making their first Raleigh appearances.

"We continue to have a strong focus in bringing new concepts and best-in-class retailers and restaurants to our communities," said Ben Collins, vice president of the Carolinas and Tennessee for Crescent Communities multifamily group. "Our retail partners ensure that residents of Crescent Cameron Village can enjoy fantastic new restaurants, high intensity fitness, and plenty of pampering just steps from their front door – it's a combination they won't find anywhere else in Raleigh."

Tenants at Crescent Cameron Village are Faire, a restaurant by Eschelon Group; Brixx Wood Fired Pizza; Benelux Coffee; Raleigh's first Flywheel Sports; Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa; and Raleigh's first blow dry bar.
Hill Partners, Inc., a commercial real estate firm in Charlotte, N.C., is responsible for the retail component of Crescent Cameron Village, including development consulting, leasing merchandising and tenant coordination services.

The mixed-use community will feature 282 luxury apartment homes, including studio, one and two-bedroom apartments with sophisticated details such as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and complimentary amenities such as a resort-style saltwater pool, a health and wellness facility, and conditioned wine cellar with private lockers.

"Cameron Village was designed to give visitors a unique destination and compliment the community around it," said John Pharr, senior vice president of the southeast for Regency Centers, which owns Cameron Village.  "Crescent Cameron Village and its mix of retail and luxury apartments are adding a new element of interest to what has been one of Raleigh's most popular shopping and dining experiences for several decades."

Preleasing of the luxury apartments is scheduled to begin October 1.  Information for the community's luxury apartment homes is available at www.CrescentCameronVillage.com. York Management, who manages the retail at the balance of Cameron Village, will be the retail property manager at Crescent Cameron Village as well.
