A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Animal). This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. If you need accommodation in another way, please contact your housing provider. I understand and agree that by applying to lease with this company I will have to create either a pet/animal profile or a no-pet profile using our firm’s third-party screening service. The resident will pay Landlord the pet rent based on the Fido Score determined through PetScreening: New Monthly Pet Fees: FIDO Score Pet Rent/Per Pet/Per Month: 1 Paw $ 55 1 pet/ $65 2 pets: 2 Paws $ 50 1 pet/ $60 2 pets: 3 Paws $ 50 1 pet/ $60 2 pets: 4 Paws $ 35 1 pet/ $45 2 pets: 5 Paws $ 35 1 pet/ $45 2 pets: An additional non-refundable fee ($350.00 for one pet, $450.00 for two pets) securing the Resident’s performance under this Lease Agreement.
