Over the last twenty-years, John has provided services to multifamily owners in 38 states as a senior asset manager, tax credit and mixed finance project manager, owner's representative or internal expediter. John has worked for some of the largest owners and operators of multifamily assets in the United States in senior level positions, such as National Corp. for Housing Partnerships (NHP) and Apartment Investment Management Company (AIMCO). John has also received a fellowship from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) to work on their largest, most difficult developments. John holds an undergraduate degree is in Business Management from Pepperdine University and a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Alabama A&M University.
