Multifamily Marketing Firm Threshold/Carve Taps Award-Winning Designer as New Creative Director

AUSTIN, TX - Threshold/Carve, which specializes in multifamily and student housing marketing, has named Mike Lee as its new creative director and will continue to leverage his 16 years of award-winning art directorial and creative experience in developing marketing campaigns and materials that generate tangible, measurable results for real estate clients. 

As creative director, Lee oversees Threshold/Carve design activities from the company’s offices in Waterloo, Ontario. As an art director and designer by trade, Lee is known for bringing his attention to detail and creative curiosity to every project.

Throughout his career, Lee has worked at some of the top advertising agencies in Canada, including Leo Burnett, McCann Canada, TAXI Canada and Bensimon Byrne. He has created highly successful campaigns for big brands, such as MasterCard (Canada and globally), Kraft, Capital One, Koodo, MINI, Trillium Gift of Life, the Canadian Football League, Ontario Ministry of Health and the Joe Fresh fashion brand—among many others.
