CHICAGO, IL – Kiser Group, Chicago’s leading mid-market multifamily brokerage firm, announces the promotion of Aaron Sklar from Broker to Director. Sklar focuses his brokerage efforts on Chicago’s South Side neighborhoods including South Shore, Jackson Park and East Woodlawn.
Skar, 29, was promoted after closing $52,974,000 in transactions in 2017. In Sklar’s two-year career in commercial real estate, he has successfully completed transactions in excess of $67,000,000 on behalf of his clients as well as brokered the sale of over 1,050 units. Sklar also earned Kiser Group’s 2017 Top Closer award.
