PROVO, UT - Peak Capital Partners LLC (“Peak”), a privately-owned real estate investment firm, announced today it has appointed Chris Manning as Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Manning joined Peak in 2014 and has deep experience in real estate investment, asset management, strategy, and operations. Most recently, he served as managing director of acquisitions for the firm.

Mr. Manning will oversee all functional areas of both Peak Capital Partners and Peak Living, a national property management company that operates Peak’s apartment communities across the country. Mr. Manning will continue to expand both companies with a focus on delivering strong, stable returns to investors, fulfilling careers to Peak associates, and high-quality living experiences to property residents. Peak has rapidly grown both assets under management and employees since it was founded in 2007.

The firm’s Founders, Mr. Burningham, Mr. Danley, and Mr. Dunn will remain active in the business setting and executing Peak’s strategy. All three will be on the firm’s Investment Committee, and will continue to source new acquisitions and develop relationships to grow Peak’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Peak, Mr. Manning was a senior vice president at Amstar, and president of Travaasa Experiential Resorts, Amstar’s destination hospitality subsidiary, where he was responsible for Travaasa’s day-to-day activities and management of all property operations, personnel, and financial performance. Prior to his time at Amstar, Mr. Manning was a residential real estate developer where he entitled, designed, built and sold urban infill projects in downtown Denver. Mr. Manning began his career in strategy consulting, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. He holds a B.S. from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
