BEVERLY HILLS, CA - International real estate investment and services firm Kennedy Wilson today announced the acquisition of Irvine-based Meyers LLC, a real estate consultancy specializing in capital sourcing and real estate research for the single family homebuilding industry and multifamily apartment business. Jeff Meyers and his team will continue to operate as Meyers Research LLC, a Kennedy Wilson Company.

Meyers, principal of Meyers LLC, is regarded as the leading expert of residential trends in the real estate market. In 1985, he founded The Meyers Group, the housing industry’s largest provider of market research. The company, which expanded to 21 offices and over 200 employees nationwide, was sold in 2004. In 2006, Meyers reassembled his consulting team and established Meyers LLC, which focuses on advisory, research and capital placement for homebuilders, developers and financial institutions.
