BEVERLY HILLS, CA - International real estate investment and services firm Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW) today announced that the company opened a new office in Denver, Colorado. Mike Pepper, recently hired as managing director of KW Properties Group, heads the new office, overseeing administration of the former Catlin/Bluemont Properties portfolio. The added presence in Denver expands the company's real estate property management, brokerage and auction capabilities in the Rocky Mountain area.

Pepper brings over 28 years of commercial real estate experience to Kennedy Wilson. His past roles include investor, developer, lender, pension fund advisor, property and asset manager and broker for a variety of investment firms in Colorado and Southern California. Just prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Pepper headed the Denver office for Catlin Properties, handling leasing and management, acquisition and disposition, and property and asset management of the company's approximately one million square foot portfolio of office, medical, educational and specialty assets.
Pepper also formerly worked as head of the asset management group for Pacific Coast Capital Partners and vice president for AEW Capital Management. Additionally, he spent almost ten years in banking as an REO asset manager for First Interstate Bank and commercial lending officer with Glendale Federal Bank. He received his B.A. from Stanford University.
