Colliers Mortgage Closes $41.8 Million in HUD Financing for 300-Unit Village at Rayzor Ranch Apartment Community in Denton, Texas

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Fritz Waldvogel of the Dallas office of Colliers Mortgage closed a $41,811,000 HUD loan for the refinance of Village at Rayzor Ranch in Denton, Texas. 

The 300-unit market-rate multifamily property features studio and one- and two-bedroom options, including walk-in closets, laundry appliances, vinyl flooring, and marble countertops.  Community amenities feature a pool, outdoor grill, cabana, BBQ/picnic area, outdoor lounge and firepit, dog park and dog wash, clubhouse, coworking space, conference room, coffee/tea bar, lounge, fitness center, yoga room, sports court, spa, package service, on-site maintenance, on-site management, laundry service, business center, and controlled access.

The loan carries a 35-year term/amortization and was arranged through a partnership with Old Capital Lending for borrower, Village at Rayzor Ranch, LLC.
