Colliers Mortgage Closes Fannie Mae Loan for Acquisition of 220-Unit Woodhollow Luxury Apartment Community Located in Texas

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Fritz Waldvogel out of the Colliers Mortgage Dallas, Texas office has closed a Fannie Mae loan for the acquisition financing of Woodhollow Luxury Apartments located in Waco, Texas. 

Built in 1984, the 220-unit market rate multifamily property features 11 three-story garden-style buildings. Community amenities include laundry facilities, two pools, sundecks, on-site maintenance and property manager, and community grills.

The loan carries a 7-year term and was arranged through a partnership with Old Capital Lending for repeat clients.
