RICHMOND, VA - Breeden Construction is proud to announce the completion of the mixed-use condominium project Old Trail Village in Crozet, Virginia. The project was completed for developers Old Trail Village Center LLC. Breeden Construction served as the general contractor.
The $9.3 million project began in December 2021. The project began with the clearing and cleanup of one acre in the Old Trail Village community located in Albemarle County. Development of the site included ground-up construction of a podium-style four-story building, approximately 55,000 square feet. The first floor of the development provides 18,045 square feet of commercial space. On floors two through four, there are 31 residential condo units with balconies.
The Old Trail Village community is tucked away in the Blue Ridge Mountains between Charlottesville and Staunton. Within the community, there are shops, restaurants, healthcare and personal services.
