RMK Management Named Property Manager for Sienna Chicago Boutique Luxury Apartment Building in Popular Streeterville Neighborhood

CHICAGO, IL - RMK Management Corp., one of the Midwest’s largest market-rate apartment management firms, has been named property manager of Sienna Chicago, a 50-unit boutique luxury rental building at 423 E. Ohio St., in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood.

Located just east of the Ohio Street and McClurg Court intersection, Sienna Chicago is just a short walk to Ohio Street beach and the city’s famous Lakefront Trail, not to mention Navy Pier, the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, Northwestern Hospital and the numerous, shopping, dining and experiential venues along Michigan Avenue and in the surrounding area. The building is also only a short distance to the University of Chicago Gleacher Center, Loyola University Water Tower Campus, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.

Residents can choose from multiple one- and two-bedroom layouts with one to two baths, measuring from 738 to 1,410 square feet. Rents range from $2,600 to $4,625. Floor plans feature an open living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as coat and linen closets (per plan) and an in-unit stackable washer/dryer.

All apartments include 10-foot, exposed concrete ceilings, solar shades on windows, and wood plank flooring throughout, including bedrooms. Kitchens feature large islands with a waterfall edge, Kitchen Aid appliances including a French Door refrigerator, quartz countertops and European-style frameless kitchen cabinets with a duo-tone finish. Bedrooms have walk-in closets with custom built-in shelving, while bathrooms feature Terrazzo shower bases and porcelain tile on the wall and floor. All units have Nest thermostats, pendant lighting and USB port receptables in kitchens and bedrooms.
