How much does it cost to post listings?
MultifamilyBiz.com is free for its Members to use. You can post in any of our categories
listed in My Account at no cost. You can purchase banner ads in any category and location you like through our
Ad Platform for only $30 per month.

Where are my listings displayed?
Your listings are displayed in multiple locations. First in the State, then the Region and
then down to the Zip Code you select. Listings are also displayed in the main category and sub-categories you
select.

Can I update my Listings?
Any section that you have posted in can be updated or deleted. Just click Update under the
category you want to edit, and the edit and delete functions will appear.

How can I upload video into the site?
Video must first be loaded into YouTube before it can posted on MultifamilyBiz.com. Just
copy the “Video URL” from YouTube, and paste it into the “Upload Video” section. You can also include a “Title”
and “Description” of your video.

Where will my video be displayed?
Your video immediately appears at the top. The last one posted falls into “Latest Videos.”
It will appear on the homepage, become the main video, and appear in the latest video section. As new videos are
posted, your video will be pushed down into the section. If it receives a significant number of clicks, it will
become a “Most Popular” video as well.

What if I have a promo video?
If you have a video promo on your business, a property or a job related video, you can attach
it to your listings. Directory, Job Boards and Marketplace allow you to “Link Your Video” to the posting. When a user
clicks the link, it takes them directly to your video.
