Kerry W. Kirby is an entrepreneur, developer and technology innovator with deep roots across the spectrum of multifamily housing. From developing affordable apartments to building green, energy efficient homes along the Katrina ravaged Gulf Coast, his 25 years as a housing professional have encompassed development, construction, marketing and innovative technologies. Kerry has overseen development and construction management services for a wide variety of projects such as, Element a Green Community, which has received three nationally recognized environmental designation approvals. Kerry is actively involved in creating and preserving affordable housing, including Section 42 housing tax credit properties and those financed with 501(c)(3) nonprofit tax-exempt bonds.
