MIAMI, FL – KW Property Management & Consulting is continuing its industry dominance – particularly in Southwest Florida. As a result of its unparalleled association management and customer service, the company has been recognized twice by the Naples Daily News in its annual “Best Of” awards.
The company’s Bonita Springs-based office, which covers Southwest Florida, was awarded Gold for Community Management in the Goods and Services category in The Banner’s “Best Of” honors. A part of the Naples Daily News, The Banner focuses on the Bonita Springs and Estero communities.
In addition to the Gold distinction, the office received the Silver Award in Community Management at the “Best of Naples” awards ceremony. The team was recognized at the reveal reception at Naples Grande Beach Resort on August 8, 2018.
The honor, which was voted on by the public, makes the company the only two-time winners this year.
“With Regional Manager, Zuly Maribona leading the service quality and Roy Hyman focused on growth, this “Best Of” award is a tribute to the outstanding work of our entire Southwest Florida team,” said Paul Kaplan, Managing Director and Co-Founder of KWPMC. “The work that this office is producing embodies the KWPMC message and continues to bring our clients the service they deserve.”
“Our Southwest Florida team goes above and beyond expectations,” said KWPMC Managing Director and Co-Founder Robert White. “I can truly say that this recognition is well-deserved because of the dedication and commitment each member makes on a daily basis.”
Earlier this year, the company announced its expanded Southwest Florida portfolio with new partnerships at Fort Myers’ Ariel at the Landings, Admiralty Point in Naples and Village Walk of Bonita Springs.
