The site currently consists of a 4,100-square-foot building that was formerly occupied by the seller, Salem Missionary Baptist Church.

Located at 729 South Park View Street, the parcel is within a walkable community near MacArthur Park in the Westlake / MacArthur Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.
“The buyer owns an adjacent parcel to the south of this site and is in the process of working out details of a multifamily project spanning both parcels which would include upwards of 150 residential units and potentially ground floor retail,” said Giordano. “This area is in an amenity-rich location and is underserved for rental property and once developed it will help meet some of the demand here.”
