HOUSTON, TX - Asset Campus Housing is managing the 236-unit Lyndon at Springtown that will serve students attending Texas State University and is located just a few blocks from campus.
The five-story building also will feature 31,847 square feet of retail space.
The project is named after former President Lyndon B. Johnson, who attended the university when it was known as Southwest Texas State Teachers College.
The Lyndon at Springtown is expected to open in mid-2019 and include 510 total beds, as well as a residential parking garage.
