Maxus Realty Trust Acquires The Wellington at Chenal Apartment Community in Little Rock, Arkansas

NORTH KANSAS CITY, MO - Maxus Realty Trust, Inc. (“MRTI”), a real estate investment trust ("REIT") with corporate headquarters located in North Kansas City, MO, has recently completed the acquisition of an apartment community located in Little Rock, Arkansas.

MRTI completed the acquisition of the The Wellington at Chenal apartment community (“Wellington”) on June 27, 2018. Wellington was constructed in 1997 and includes 178 apartment units comprising approximately 175,000 square feet. With the addition of Wellington, MRTI now controls approximately 1,300 apartment units in the Little Rock metropolitan area.
