DIJ Properties Announces Acquisition of 386-Unit Parque Rio Apartment Community in Texas

MIAMI, FL - DIJ Properties announced the acquisition of Parque Rio Apartments. The asset includes 386 units and spans an area of 17.70 acres.

Conveniently located in the path of progress in east-downtown Dallas, it has easy access to I-30 to the south, and Ferguson Road to the north. There is a mix of retail, single family homes, multifamily, office and industrial properties in the area.

DIJ Properties will implement a strong capital expenditure program to renovate and remodel the assets. This program will concentrate on implementing security including gated access, illumination, courtesy police patrol as well as creating picnic areas, professional fast-soccer courts, remodeled swimming pools, colorful playgrounds, and fully remodeled units.
