CLARKSVILLE, TN - Dougherty Mortgage LLC, a full service national mortgage banking firm, recently closed a $2 million Fannie Mae Hybrid ARM Loan for the acquisition financing of Raleigh Station Townhomes, a 42-unit market rate multifamily housing property located in Clarksville, Tennessee.  

The Fannie Mae loan utilized the Green Rewards Program and was arranged by the Atlanta, Georgia office of Dougherty Mortgage for borrower Raleigh Meadows, LLC.
