Metropica Expands EB-5 Program with Two New Hires to Transform South Florida’s West Broward Corridor

SUNRISE, FL – Metropica, the $1.5 billion, 65-acre master planned community set to transform South Florida’s West Broward corridor, is proud to announce that Danielle Garaicoechea and Luis R. Rodriguez and have joined the team to manage its expanded EB-5 program and services.

Danielle Garaicoechea has been appointed to Global Director EB-5 Programs for Metropica. Garaicoechea will act as the primary interface for international referral sources, foreign investors and associated partners. She will work with the client’s professional service providers (immigration attorneys, foreign referral sources, escrow and banking providers) to facilitate successful EB-5 case processing.

Garaicoechea previously worked for The Mora Group RE / Cervera Real Estate as a Sales Associate, where she coordinated events internationally to educate investors on the local market, real estate portfolios and diversification, as well as immigration options to the United States via EB-5 visa. For five years she raised funds for various EB-5 projects in international markets. She also managed a portfolio of international clients and brokers and provided them with real estate investment options. Garaicoechea attended American University - Kogod school of Business where she graduated with a degree in Finance and International Management. She then went on to obtain her Master’s in Business Technologies at Marymount University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Luis Rodriguez has been appointed as Global Director of the EB5 Visas Program at Metropica Development, LLC. He will be assisting high net worth foreign individuals and families obtain their Green Cards through the Metropica EB-5 Visa Program.

Prior to joining Metropica Development, LLC, Rodriguez served as Vice President for the Realogy Holdings Corportaion There he was responsible for developing Realogy brands presence outside the U.S. These brands included Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Century 21 Real Estate, ERA Real Estate, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, and Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate. With over 25 years with RE/MAX Real Estate, Rodriguez served as Regional Vice President for Latin America for the Headquarters, Co-founder and Regional Director for RE/MAX Chile and more. His career has focused on building strong business relationships with real estate and other professionals throughout the Americas and the Caribbean. Rodriguez graduated from California State University-Sacramento with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies.
