CORAL GABLES, FL - The Allen Morris Company, one of the largest diversified real estate firms in the Southeast, is pleased to announce that W. A. Spencer Morris, Enrique “Henry” Piñeiro and Leonely Valdes have been promoted at the firm.
W.A. Spencer Morris has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Allen Morris Residential and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s $1.2 billion development pipeline, where he will focus on strategic planning, acquisitions, as well as structuring and financing mixed-use projects throughout the Southeast. Since joining the firm in 2016, Spencer has acquired and developed key assets in Georgia and South Florida. Previously, Spencer served as Assistant Project Manager on the 58-story, 1.3 million square foot SLS LUX-Brickell hotel and condominium, as well as on other projects, with The Related Group in Miami, Florida. Spencer earned his degree in Political Science from Boston University and the American School in Switzerland.
Enrique “Henry” Piñeiro has been promoted to Senior Vice President of The Allen Morris Company where he will oversee the asset management of the company’s extensive portfolio of properties. Boasting more than 30 years’ experience across all sectors of the commercial real estate industry in South Florida, Henry holds various professional designations including the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation of the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation of the Realtors National Marketing Institute and the LEED AP designation. Henry is a graduate of Florida International University with a double major in Finance and Real Estate and a Master’s degree in International Real Estate.
Leonely Valdes has been promoted to Controller/Human Resource Director overseeing the accounting department’s activities and managing the firm’s human resources and payroll departments. Prior to joining The Allen Morris Company in 2005, she worked at Lennar Corporation and the Codina Group. Leonely has 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate accounting and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida International University.
