ATLANTA, GA – Atlantic | Pacific Companies (A|P), via their fund, Blue Atlantic Partners II, has acquired Brookwood Valley, a 240-unit multifamily property located in the Buckhead area, Atlanta’s third-largest business district. The recently closed deal marks A|P‘s 20th property in the Georgia market.

“This acquisition adds another “A” location to our Atlanta area portfolio where we now own and manage over 5,000 units.  We’re excited to implement our successful value-add formula to Brookwood Valley,” remarked Mark Briggs, Chief Operating Officer at Atlantic | Pacific Real Estate Group.

Brookwood Valley, offering one and two-bedroom floorplans, is located off of Peachtree Rd in upscale Buckhead and within walking distance to Piedmont Atlanta Hospital, the Shepherd Center, as well as popular shopping and dining. A|P plans to leverage the property’s walkability irreplaceable location by undertaking significant upgrades throughout the community that will include exterior and clubhouse enhancements as well as interior unit upgrades.
