Burlington Capital Aquires Three Properites Totaling 394 Units in Kansas City and Omaha

OMAHA, NE - Burlington Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of three apartment assets totaling 394 units.

Walnut Tower – Kansas City, Missouri: Located in the heart of downtown Kansas City, the 12-story Walnut Tower offers 180 apartments comprised of studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom floor plans.

Capitol Hill – Omaha, Nebraska: Originally constructed in 1951 and renovated in 1997 and walkable to Creighton University, Capitol Hill includes 130 studio units and 2, one bedroom units on 12 stories and an attached, enclosed parking garage with 96 stalls.

Capitol Rows – Omaha, Nebraska: Adjacent to Capitol Hill and Creighton University, Capital Rows consists of 82 units (104 beds) and a 2,500 square foot commercial bay. Capitol Rows was constructed in 2011 and includes 5 buildings: 4, three-story walk-ups and 1, four-story, elevator-served building as well as 96 parking stalls.
