LandSouth Breaks Ground on Independent Living Retirement Community in Pasco County

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL – LandSouth Construction, an award-winning Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in senior housing, multifamily and mixed-use development, will build Trinity Independent Senior Living, a luxury independent living community with a construction value of $19.3 million. Trinity is being built in a growing area of New Port Richey, located in Pasco County north of Tampa Bay.

Trinity IL Senior Living, LLC has chosen Chancey Design Partnership, Inc. of Tampa, Fla. as the architect for the five-story project that sits on 2.82 acres at 1900 Blue Fox Way. Groundbreaking is scheduled for mid-February with completion in June, 2019.

LandSouth Construction is currently working on apartments, senior living and mixed-use developments throughout the Southeast including Lawrenceville, Ga., Boynton Beach, Daytona Beach, Delray Beach, Sanford, Lakeland, Davenport, Casselberry, Odessa, Winter Springs and Orlando Fla., Chattanooga, Tenn., Mt. Pleasant, S.C. and senior living developments in Nocatee, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers, Fla.

The community will feature 117 homes ranging from 732 to 1330 square feet with 12 floor plan combinations; including one bedroom, with one or one and a half baths, two bedrooms with two full baths and the large three-bedroom residences with three full bathrooms. Some residences offer a den.

Residents will enjoy granite countertops, walk-in closets, covered patios and balconies, pantry and linen closets, stainless steel kitchen appliances, two elevators and washer and dryer.

State-of-the-art amenities include a fitness center, hospitality bar and café Bistro with access to covered porches for recreational seating, theater, salon, formal dining, activity room and an arts and crafts studio, all accessible by two elevators.

Pasco County’s pleasant surroundings offer a wide variety of fun and interesting things to do, from fishing, golf and nature trails to big league sports.  Parks and recreation abound at Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park, Lowry Park Zoo and the Tarpon Springs Aquarium.
