TAMPA, FL - PulteGroup’s Tampa region is set to break ground on its most ambitious project this year, an 850-home, age-restricted community in Land O’ Lakes under its popular Del Webb brand. Del Webb Bexley will be developed on 489 acres within the Bexley master-planned community over four phases. Del Webb closed on the purchase of land for phase one last year.

The centerpiece is a 17, 000 square-foot, multi-million dollar clubhouse that features a large social room, café offering snacks, beer, coffee and wine, fitness area, resort-style community pool and recreational activities planned by a full-time lifestyle director. Del Webb will be one of the largest builders within Bexley, a 1,825-acre master-planned community developed by Newland Communities approximately 20 miles northwest of downtown Tampa.
