JACKSONVILLE, FL - LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development has announced that Project Coordinator Aurora Klein and Project Superintendent Chris Lowe have been named winners of the firm’s 2017 Diamond Award.

Klein joined LandSouth Construction in 2016. She was promoted to project coordinator in October and since then has taken on more responsibility.
Her duties include organizing project set-ups as well as kick-off and closeout meetings. A key liaison between the field and office, she also trains project and field administrators. She manages warranties, safety committees and new project permit applications.
“Effective communication is vital to the success of a project. At both the internal and external level, clients have come to expect a high-level of interaction and the project coordinator is instrumental to accomplishing that goal,” added Pyle.
Lowe started in commercial and residential remodeling in 1988. He joined LandSouth Construction in 2014.
As a field superintendent he monitors production and safety on construction site. Lowe’s experience is invaluable, coordinating with architects, owners and sub-contractors. He directs assistant superintendents and conducts subcontractor job meetings.
Lowe ensures that the project is built according to plans, specifications, regional and state codes, and to LandSouth and owner quality standards. Lowe graduated from FSU with a Major in the Business.
