KWPMC Named 2017 Best Multi-Family Property Management Firm by the Daily Business Review

MIAMI, FL - One of the real estate industry’s premier residential property management companies, KW Property Management & Consulting, has been featured in Daily Business Review’s “Best of 2017” issue as the Best Multi-Family Property Management Firm.

KWPMC was also included in the “Best of 2017 Hall of Fame,” which recognizes companies that have been ranked in the top two in a category over the past three years.

Companies included in Best of 2017 were voted in by readers. The survey to cast votes launched in August and consisted of nearly 70 categories, from data technology products and banking services to commercial real estate brokers.

Founded in 2004 by CPAs Paul Kaplan and Robert White, Miami-based KWPMC has since grown its portfolio to include nine regions in Florida, New York and the Bahamas. The company has more than 1,100 employees and 250 buildings totaling 65,000 units under management.
