Upon Finlay Management’s takeover of the asset, a value-add program will be initiated over the next three to six months focusing on interior and exterior upgrades including new signage and exterior paint. “Deerwood Park’s current community amenities are in great shape and feature an upscale resort style pool, sand volleyball court, dog park, car wash station, playground, resident lounge with billiard room, outdoor kitchen and grill, indoor basketball court and fitness center,” Costello said.
