The Fannie Mae 12-year term loan utilized Fannie Mae’s Green Rewards program and was structured with 5 years of interest only payments followed by a 30-year amortization schedule and was arranged through Dougherty’s Illinois office for borrower Rolling Hills Investors, LLC.
