KWA Construction Named One of the Fastest-Growing Mid-Size Companies in North Texas

ADDISON, TX - KWA Construction, a leading general contractor of multifamily developments in Texas, has been named one of the fastest-growing middle market companies in North Texas by the Dallas Business Journal. The family-owned company ranked 29 on the 2017 Middle Market 50 List, which recognizes both private and public companies with annual revenues between $25 million and $750 million.

“Dallas-Fort Worth’s continuous population boom has helped KWA maintain steady growth. To keep up with the demand for multifamily housing, many of our clients’ projects are large in scale, building up to 350 units and averaging $40 million in construction costs,” said KWA Construction President Brian Webster.

This ranking represents the first time KWA Construction has been honored as part of the Middle Market 50, which calculates a weighted growth index from years 2014–2016. The official rankings were announced Thursday, June 15, during a special event at the Ritz-Carlton in Dallas.

KWA Construction received similar recognition last year when it was named to the Inc. 5000 list, a prestigious ranking of the nation’s 5,000 fastest-growing companies by national business publication Inc. Magazine.
