Gainesville, Florida Real Estate Developer Announces $14 Million Luxury Apartment Complex

GAINESVILLE, FL – Real estate development firm Trimark Properties announced it has broken ground on its newest 5-story multifamily project, Cascades Luxury Apartments.

The premier developer of apartments in Gainesville, FL united with architects Fugleberg Koch and construction firm D.E. Scorpio, who began building the 73,000-square-foot building on the twenty-second of March.

Cascades will comprise of 67 luxury apartments for University of Florida students. The $14 million building will be located less than three blocks from the school’s campus, positioned near downtown and UF Sorority Row. Prices are expected to range between $1,045 to $2,900 per month.

It follows Solaria, Savion Park and Tuscana, three other luxury apartments designed by Trimark Properties since 2013. It joins twenty-six other multifamily properties held and managed by the company.

The apartment community will feature a sleek, contemporary appearance with water-inspired design elements. The most striking features will include a rooftop deck with abundant greenery, a cozy fire bowl and bar-top seating. There will also be an outdoor area with a wading fountain and garden on the first floor.

Trimark Properties is a primary investor in apartments near UF Sorority Row. In addition to their multifamily division, which includes renovated historic houses, luxury dorms and apartments, they hold a commercial sector which offers custom-built office and lab space for Gainesville businesses.
