CHARLOTTE, NC - RIVERGATE KW RESIDENTIAL, a leading multifamily property management company, is excited to announce the hiring of seasoned industry veteran Jennifer Ipock as Regional Manager following several new portfolio additions. In her new role, Ipock will oversee operations for a portfolio of communities throughout the Carolinas.
RIVERGATE KW RESIDENTIAL has experienced significant growth over the past few months adding several new communities in the Carolinas, including Asbury Flats, Uptown Gardens, Icon on The Greenway, Veridian Spartanburg and Wesley Village. As external growth occurs, internal growth of the team is necessary to seamlessly handle the acquisition of these properties.
Ipock brings significant experience from her 16 years as a multifamily industry professional. She has experience working for several multifamily companies including Easlan Management, Weinstein Properties, and most recently, Greystar.

Ipock’s career is multi-dimensional, with experience in communities from garden to midrise, stabilized and lease-up. She has also served as a mentor to those who are looking to break into the industry.

Ipock’s is looking to expand her involvement in the industry even further by serving on the Programs and Operations Committee for the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association. Additionally, Ipock is pursuing her CAPS designation.
