ADDISON, TX - KWA Construction, a leading general contractor specializing in multifamily developments throughout Texas, has promoted Brian Webster to President and Richie Keene to Executive Vice President. Keller Webster, founder and President of KWA Construction, will be transitioning to Chairman. Brian Webster and Richie Keene previously served as Executive Vice President and Vice President of Operations, respectively.
“In their previous roles, Brian and Richie both successfully led a number of improvement initiatives that have had a significant impact on how our organization operates. I’m confident that both Brian and Richie will transition seamlessly to their respective roles as the new generation of leaders in our company,” said Keller Webster.
As President, Brian Webster will be responsible for the oversight of the organization as a whole and lead KWA’s business development efforts to achieve overall corporate objectives. In addition, he will lead strategic planning in the continued enhancement of the organization’s mission, culture and values. In Keene’s new role as Executive Vice President, he will oversee daily operations and assist the President in all of the firm’s initiatives to maintain top capability, performance, efficiency and profitability. Keller Webster will remain an owner and engaged with the firm’s business in a strategic advisory role.

About Brian Webster: Brian Webster joined KWA Construction in 2006 and has served in a variety of roles within both pre-construction and operations. He is active in the Dallas Builder Association, having served as a board member since 2008. He is also a member of the Association’s Multifamily Builders Council and has served on the board since 2008 and as chairman in 2011 and 2016. Prior to KWA, he worked in sales in Oklahoma City and Los Angeles. Webster earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology and industrial distribution from Texas A&M University.
About Richie Keene: Richie Keene joined KWA Construction as Vice President of Operations in March 2013, with more than 20 years of construction industry experience. Prior to KWA, he served key Director of Operations positions with top construction groups, including Panattoni Construction, Inc., Key Construction, Texas, LLC and Centex Destination Properties-East. He earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
