KW Property Management Adds Top Talent with Arrival of Jane Bracken as Director of Business Development

MIAMI, FL - KW Property Management & Consulting, one of the real estate industry’s premier property management companies, has positioned itself to enjoy substantial growth following the hiring of Jane Bracken as Director of Business Development. Bracken’s priorities include fostering the company’s continued expansion into new markets and further building out KWPM’s business development team.

Bracken has more than 25 years of Community Association industry experience. That includes 15 years managing condominium and homeowner associations, including country club associations in Palm Beach, with many undergoing transitions from developer to homeowner control under her watch.

Additionally, Bracken spent 12 years with BB&T Bank, where she served as Vice President and Market Manager leading a team of three South Florida-based Relationship Managers. Bracken was pivotal in growing the bank’s deposits from $9 million to more than $400 million, boosted its loan portfolio to more than $100 million and developed new banking relationships with more than 1,000 associations.

“We have had a great working relationship with Jane Bracken from her banking days and are thrilled to have her on board,” said KWPM Managing Director Paul Kaplan. “Jane will build off of our strong 2016 and take it to another level heading into 2017.”

Already one of the largest management providers in Florida, KWPM has further strengthened its industry position and boosted its portfolio of units under management to more than 60,000 in 2016. The company has particularly expanded its portfolio of luxury properties under management, including Brickell City Centre (the Reach and Rise condo buildings), the Bimini Bay Resort, Echo Aventura, Oceana Key Biscayne, Glass, 900 Biscayne, One Miami and Turnberry Village. The company is in the process of opening Grove at Grand Bay, The Bond, Oceana Bal Harbour, and Sage Beach.

“Over the years, it has been so impressive to watch KWPM grow thanks to the vision and leadership of Paul Kaplan and Robert White,” said Bracken. “This is such a progressive and entrepreneurial company. I am beyond excited to be part of it.”

Bracken is actively involved with many industry organizations. She previously served as President of the Gold Coast Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and as a leader of continuing education programs for licensed Community Association Managers (CAM). Bracken has also maintained the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation since 1998.
