HFF Named to Market For Sale 11-Property, 6 Land Site Housing Portfolio for University of Chicago

CHICAGO, IL – Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announced today that it has been named to market for sale an 11-property, 394-unit portfolio plus six land sites, all owned by the University of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois. Offers will only be accepted for the portfolio in its entirety, no individual trades will be considered.

The portfolio includes six graduate student housing properties, four faculty/staff buildings, one retail property and six land sites.  The residential properties are 95.9 percent occupied overall. The properties have a total of 520 beds and approximately 272,593 square feet.  Apartment units average approximately 692 square feet each. The properties are located in Hyde Park within walking distance to campus, six miles south of Chicago’s Central Business District and close to Lake Michigan.
