The Gainesville apartments receiving the financing are Savion Park Luxury Apartments, Tuscana Luxury Apartments, and Solaria Luxury Apartments. These luxury apartments are located near the University of Florida, a perfect location for students looking to walk to their classes.
Walker & Dunlop’s Paul Ahmed arranged the financing deal through JP Morgan. From the perspective of a lender, Trimark poses a low-risk investment because of their impressive portfolio and decades of experience in offering quality service to University of Florida students and the community of Gainesville. By leasing to capacity every year and offering a joined total of 114 units and 157,000 square feet from Savion Park, Solaria, and Tuscana, Trimark Properties has shown success in the Gainesville luxury apartment market.

Tuscana and Solaria, two of the properties that received the refinancing, were recently in the news for winning two Gainesville City Beautification Awards in the apartments category. They were chosen for their unique, innovative design and sustainability features. Solaria’s apartment buildings feature California Mission Style architecture with Spanish influences. Tuscana Luxury Apartments were designed with a unique Mediterranean design style.
